1. Food
There's nothing better than coming home to the smell and taste of mammy's dinner. Sundays just aren't the same without that roast dinner...smothered in gravy. Oh and an endless supply of snacks in the cupboards is also handy.
2. Clean clothes
Ah the washing machine. Something we majorly take for granted when we're in college. Or if you do have one in college, the luxury is having someone to use it for you.

3. The Dishwasher
Remember back in the day when you'd moan for hours on end about having to unload that pesky dishwasher? Bet you've changed your tune now. Nowadays if you can actually see the bottom of your sink it's an achievement in itself.

4.Not having to use your own money
Checking your bank account on a Friday is never a fun exercise. Or on a Monday for that matter...
5.Getting lifts everywhere
Oh the joys of not having to walk or take the bus anywhere. No need to ensure you have enough change in your pocket or a coat, scarf, gloves, hat, boots and umbrella suffocating you.

6. TV
Having a TV and a big comfy couch is a good enough reason to go home for the weekend. Even if it's just to get your fill of The Late Late Show banter.
7. Your own bed
Even at this stage of the college year, we all miss our own beloved beds. Any chance we could take it to college next year?
