10 reasons "YOLO" Should & Shouldn't Be Your College Motto

You have finally left the nest and hopefully have now spawned into a fun loving creature that is a little less concerned about what people think  and more concerned to get this party started...while handing in all assignments on time of course.

1) Freedom

You finally have freedom, there isn't anyone to tell you what you can and can't do and why crawling through a window at half four in the morning is a bad idea..unless you live at home still.

2) School Nostalgia

If your Highschool days reflect back on trying to impress people that you don't even like there's even more reason to live your beloved college days to the fullest.

3) Fresh Start

This is time for a new you and a brand new start, if Highschool wasn't exactly your thing now is the time to make a change.

4) Wild Side

Embrace the wild side of everyone, you don't have to drink if that's not your thing but at least go out and have a good time. You can play call of duty marathons during Christmas.

5) Homesick

It's normal to miss your parents, but try and limit the times you speak during the way, now is the time to start maturing and figuring out what works for you. They can't always be there to make a decision for you.

6) Work Hard

Though college is fun, it's actually a lot more important thanschool was. Work is going to be a lot different and harder, plus you're that much closer to being a dreaded adult.

7) Follow Your Parents Advice

Though your parents aren't present, they wouldn't be exactly impressed to know their baby took advantage of college life. Everything has limits, play within it.

8) Bad Decisions

Bad decisions will haunt you and dirty laundry always comes up, play wisely.

9) Hygiene

A clean room is important, don't yolo your way around that.

10) Study

Yolo will not help you out on any midterms and finals, prepare and conquer.
