Taken: But Do You Flirt With Other Men?

Being in a long term relationship has some serious perks. You don't have to flaunt yourself to the males of the world every Saturday night and you're always guaranteed some sexy time. But what do you do if you start to flirt with other men while already coupled up? While it may boost your confidence knowing someone else is into that you, it's important to remember that this excitement will fade and could ruin something amazing that you did have. Here are some tips on what to do if you are loved up and want to keep your relationship but you still indulge in an occasional flirt or two...

Make sure it's JUST flirting.

Lust is very different from love, so just make sure you're not going overboard. There's a fine line so make sure you don't cross it.

Don't get into a situation where it's just the two of you.

Two people together, alone, flirting. Not a good sign. Not a good idea. Ever.

If he's reciprocating, let him know you're taken.

Before you end up emptying his bank account, tell him you have a boyfriend. It's the decent thing to do.

Don't let your boyfriend know...unless it's serious.

Flirting can be nothing and mean nothing, so don't worry him unnecessarily. Unless you're starting to have serious feeling for this other fella, then keep it on the q-t.

Don't get drunk with him.

Drink can be a stimulant for unfaithfulness, so don't hammered and end up doing something you'll regret in the morning.

Make sure the flirting doesn't get touchy feely.

...and if it does, let him know it's not ok and get out of there asap before things get out of hand.

Don't pretend you're single on a night out.

Inviting flirtatious behaviour from other men is always a bad idea. It's not like you have a ring on your finger and men have needs, it's unfair on everyone.
