Life Lessons For All Twentysomethings: Be Healthy And F*ck It

Hold the phone, calm your dirty teenage boy minds and don't jizz yourself just yet. The title, the great words of Kristen Stewart, "Things To Live By: Be Healthy And Fuck Everyone" does not mean go around shagging every living thing on the planet (unless that's what makes you happy). By "fuck everyone," I mean ignore what people think of you and do whatever you want, within reason that is.

We all feel a need to be accepted and feel like we're a part of society. But that's fucking boring if you ask me. Be an individual and do what makes you happy. Don't live by anyone else's wants like the pushy father in a Nicholas Sparks novel. Don't be embarrassed. Be loud and be bold. You worry less about what people think of you when you realise how little they do.

So do what makes you happy, unless murdering people makes you happy, then don't do that. If what makes you happy oppresses people or makes other people feel like shit, please just don't fucking do that either. We all have this world to live in and share so don't make someone else's life a shit one just so yours can be a great one.

Remember to always think on the positive side, it will make all your problems seem a lot smaller. When you're having an argument try not to bite the head off the person you're shouting at because you wouldn't like that. Compliment others. Surround yourself with positive people, you'd be surprised how much being surrounded my assholes can affect you. Don't overthink things, it's okay not to know all the answers to everything. Don't compare your life to others, life is not a competition to see who has the worst problems or who can scramble to the top of the tower first.

If my words of inspiration weren't enough, here's some celebrities with the best attitudes to life. Starting with my fave;

"It's okay not to be okay." - Kristen Stewart.

“I don’t believe in happy endings, but I do believe in happy travels, because ultimately, you die at a very young age, or you live long enough to watch your friends die. It’s a mean thing, life.” - George Clooney.
“Be nice to people on the way up, because you may meet them on the way down.” - Jimmy Durante.

“You’re only human. You live once and life is wonderful, so eat the damned red velvet cupcake. - Emma Stone.
“If there’s any message to my work, it is ultimately that it’s OK to be different, that it’s good to be different, that we should question ourselves before we pass judgment on someone who looks different, behaves different, talks different, is a different colour. - Johnny Depp.
"Be strong. Don't be a follower and always do that right thing. If you have a choice between the right and the wrong thing, the right is always the less stressful." - Jennifer Lawrence.
“It’s never too late – never too late to start over, never too late to be happy.” - Jane Fonda.
