7 Music Vids For The Halloween Season

It's Halloween tomorrow and we've got for you seven sinisterly creepy music videos for the fun:

7. Backstreet Boys-Everybody (Backstreets Back)

I never understood what exactly this music video had to do with the song itself, aside from the boys getting to play dress up, but at least they had fun. And yes, the house in the video is the one from the Casper movie.

6. Slipknot-Psychosocial

These boys are decked out for Halloween all year round with those masks. Forget having a Scarecrow in your cornfield, just hire Slipknot.

5. The Prodigy-Breathe

Maybe I’m alone in this but Keith Flint freaked me out as a child. That, combined with close ups of cockroaches and rats is enough to make your skin crawl.

4. Avenged Sevenfold-A Little Piece Of Heaven

A nice little cartoon, kind of. Probably not one for the kids, it’s more graphic novel than Looney toons.

3. Marilyn Manson-Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of These)

The list wouldn’t be complete without featuring the Anti-Christ himself. Just his appearance alone is creepy enough.

2. Michael Jackson-Thriller

Probably one of the best music videos ever made, MJ had a penchant for turning many of his music videos into short movies and this is the triumph among those. A must-have on every Halloween playlist.

1. Miley Cyrus-Wrecking Ball

Was there anything more frightening to our generation than the former Miss Hannah Montana stark naked, swinging on a giant wrecking ball? Aside from her onstage twerk and grind show with Robin Thicke at the MTV VMAs.
