Love Island 2019: Here Is Everything We Know So Far
Mark it in your diaries, the start date for Love Island 2019 has been officially confirmed. We'll be introduced to this year's batch of Love Island hopefuls Monday, June 3. Love Island, now in its fifth year, signals the start of Summer. We can finally put the wreckage of break-ups that was Love Island 2018 behind us and remain hopeful for this year's contestants.
Host Caroline Flack has been sharing snippets of the new villa on her recent Instagram stories. Below we can see the part of the villa where all the drama kicks off for the recoupling, the couches.
Casa Amor, the secret villa that adds new bikini-clad singletons to the mix and created some of the most dramatic moments last year (who can forget the start of Georgina's constant references to being "loyal") is rumoured to be axed.
There have been rumours circulating about who will be entering the villa this year. According to The Sun, the first Love Island contestant has been confirmed as dancer, Curtis Pritchard, the younger brother of Strictly Come Dancing's, AJ Pritchard.
Also rumoured to be entering the villa this year is The Saturdays Rochelle Humes' little sister Soph Piper. It is also reported that Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock's sister Sairah is one of this years Love Island reserves that could be thrown into the house at any moment to stir things up. The producers of the show are hoping to replicate Dani Dyer's success so it's not surprising to hear these famous links.
We're looking forward to seeing what's in store for another summer of relationships forged through Stockholm Syndrome. Only two weeks to go.
