The Most Stunning Outfits From Met Gala 2019: Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, Lizzo
The annual Met Gala was on last night, giving us all kinds of looks to die for. This years theme was 'camp', which forced our celebs to become even more EXTRA than they ever have gone before.
This theme encouraged the celebs to get funky and show us some of the designers best works of art.
From the top collar actors, to the Kardashians, everyone made an entrance last night to showcase their highly anticipated gowns and suits. Here are just a few of our favourites from this year's Met:
First off:
Lady Gaga.
Not only did Gaga pull of a single outfit but she had four different outfits changes during her walk on the pink carpet. dazzling us all. No shock there.
Gigi Hadid went for a bird-like look, wearing a Michael Kors collection jumpsuit.
Cardi B shows up in a Thom Browne dress, woven with 30,000 feathers, hand crafted by 35 different people. O-Kurrrr!
Co-host, and always stylin', Serena Williams wore a neon yellow, feathered dress (and of course, matched with a pair of comfy runners.)
Jared Leto went for a sleek red Gucci gown, while carrying an exact wax-replica of his own head. Creepy, but stunning.
Ciara looked abso-fab in a jaded green, sheer Versace gown.
Actor Michael Urie went for a suit-dress combo. He went for a striped suit with a pink strapless gown by Christan Siriano.
The Kardashians all showed up together to serve some looks, and they did not disappoint. Popping colours, to tight slim fits, and even momager Kris Jenner showed up wearing a blonde wig.
Lupita Nyongo stuns in a gorgeous fluffed rainbow Versace piece.
Lizzo wore a pink Marc Jacobs gown with matching pink hair.
Our favourite red carpet look was actor Ezra Miller. The Perks of Being A Wallflower star wore a Burberry pin-stripe suit with a long train and mind-bending make up. A round of applause to the makeup artist for this look.
Katy Perry never disappoints with her kooky fashion on the red carpet, this year she started out the night dressed as a chandelier and transformed into a burger for the second outfit change.
Last but not least, Dua Lipa shows up to stop the show wearing a printed Versace dress with matching boots for her first appearance on the Met Gala carpet. Goals!
We are living for 2020!
