RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars 5 Rumours
RuPaul let quite a big secret out of the bag on his podcast recently. The fifth series of All Stars has begun filming and 10(ish) queens are in the workroom as we speak. There has been no official casting announcement, but from social media, and gig cancellations, a pretty accurate estimation can be made. Here are five queens that are pretty much dead certs:
Miz Cracker
Cracker had a strange run on season 10. Always safe, then a win in the makeover challenge, before going home the following week. However, in May of 2019, she posted a video apologizing to fans about postponing certain shows in Australia and New Zealand that would have taken place in June – which is the exact period of time that All-Stars 5 will be filming.
Shea Coulee
One of the unluckiest queens in a Lip Sync For The Crown. Shea came up against what was the greatest wig reveal we'll ever see by Sasha Velour. She ruled the runways all through season 9, and rocked the acting challenges with her good friend Sasha. Shea was asked on an Instagram live about All Stars and was very enthusiastic.
Asia O'Hara
Don't mention the butterflies. Asia felt disillusioned with the world of drag after her season 10 finale disaster but has previously said she would be open to it in the future
Ongina
One of the OGs. The first bald queen battled the season one filter and came out on top. Ongina brought the emotion to her season, with one of the most difficult eliminations, and her admission of her HIV status. A fan favourite, she would be only the second season one All Star (All Stars One doesnt count)
Derrick Barry
It's Derrick bitch. The world's best Britney impersonator is very interested. “It’s incredible to even be part of the franchise. I would never turn All Stars down, that’s for sure.” Well there you go.
