A 'Sister, Sister' Reboot Is Very Close According To Tia Mowry
The iconic 90's family sitcom is returning to our screens according to Tia Mowry who gave the exclusive to Entertainment Today.
"I will say this, we are definitely closer than ever," the 39-year-old actress shared. "That's basically all I can say. But I'm getting excited."
She expanded on the news that the show is getting back together revealing that the actors that played Tia and Tamara's parents are coming back for the potential reboot:
"As I know of now, definitely Jackee Harry and Tim Reid will definitely be part of the show," Mowry revealed.
Mowry also gave her thoughts on where she hoped the show would go on it's return:
I think I would want it to pick up with where our lives are now. We're married with kids. But I definitely would want it to focus on the power of sisterhood. How wonderful and amazing that sisterhood and that relationship can be. How it helps you in whatever trial and tribulations you are in. When you have the sisterhood and that bond, that is so beautiful.
As excited as this journalist is for any potential return it would be very disturbing to see a middle aged Roger creeping on Tia and Tamara.
