You Need To Know What Jennifer Aniston Does To Keep Her Body Bangin'
Jennifer Aniston is 47 years old. She is around 25 years older than us and yet looks better than we probably ever will. Sigh... But rather than cry over how we'll never be quite as hot as Jen, we'd like to find out exactly how she does it.
Well Jen has revealed just that. While talking to Harper's Bazaar, Jen discussed her regimented diet and exercise plan and tbh, we think we could probably do it...maybe...okay fine, we definitely couldn't.
Jen apparently works our five times a week (who has that kind of time?!). Each session combines cardio and stretches. "[I do] a 15-minute-quad thing. I do 15 on the elliptical, 15 Spinning, then I do 15 run. And then I do portions of the Body by Simone DVD for floor work. It's so freakin' hard, it's unbelievable."
I mean, 15 minutes seems doable. But combine all of it and we think we'd actually die. When it comes to her diet, she eats clean. Obviously. She doesn't eat sugar, unless she's having margaritas, and her lunch tends to be chicken salad or a chicken burger wrapped in lettuce. Yummmm...
But it's clearly worth it cause she looks banging. "I feel better in my 40s," she says. "Not only do you feel better in your body physically, but you're mentally better. Because, say, in your 20s, you didn't know shit. For me, in my 30s I was just trying to figure it all out. Then when you hit 40, you're like, 'Oh, okay. I got this.' There are women who've hit 50 who are stunners, like shocking. We just take better care of ourselves."
We might needs to step away from the burger and chips...
