Shocking scenes as crack police investigators rumble a master thief as he tries to make off with a venetian blind.

This suspect appears to have been caught red-handed with a set of Venetian blinds skilfully tucked away in his trousers. The police literally pored over seconds of footage before uncovering the tell-tale signs of larceny.

If you look carefully you can see where the thief slipped up; the blinds hidden in his clothes are a protruding a (barely noticeable) entire foot from his collar.

Though he attempted to disguise it with the hood of his jacket, it was ultimately to no avail.

The suspected thief is still at large, but with the calibre of police on his trail he's sure to be brought to justice in no time.
