Job Fairy: Disneyland Paris Is Hiring Disney Princesses and Princes
For the majority of us, we grew up on Disney and dreamed of becoming a Disney Princess. Well, if you haven't shaken off that childhood dream, it's your lucky day. Disneyland Paris is currently looking for enthusiastic and highly energetic people for their characters and parade department. Do you see yourself as a book smart Bella, do all the house chores and befriend mice like Cinderella, enjoy a good sleep like Sleeping Beauty or hang just out with the lads like Snow White? If you see yourself filling any of these glass slippers, then read on.
Disneyland Paris will be holding open auditions right here in Dublin next month. They are looking for Female and Male, Disney Princesses and Princes look-alikes. So fellas, if you got the moves of Gaston or fancy yourself as more of a Beast, mark this one in your calendar.
The requirements to play a Disney Princesses and Princes are as follows:
Females need to measure between 160cm – 173cm, and have "elegance graceful qualities and no visual tattoos.". There are my dreams of becoming a Disney Princess shattered. Males need to measure between 160cm – 183cm, with "compelling masculine features and no visual tattoos".
They are hiring for 50 positions for both open ended (full-time) and date to date (seasonal) contracts starting between June and September 2019 for a minimum of 3 months. Within the job specification, they state that the position includes night work so candidates must be at least 18 year old. Candidates must also be able to speak English or French.
Here is what to bring along to the open audition:
- wearing comfortable clothing (to participate in a movement/dance combination) and refrain from wearing makeup. Candidates should not wear street shoes or shoes with black soles.
