Like the great Tina Fey once said: 'Bitches get stuff done.' Strong women get a bad rep. Whether it's because their strength and confidence are off-putting, or their attitude and independence is intimidating. They don't care what you or anyone else thinks about them. They get stuff done and don't depend on anyone else. I wouldn't cross the bitch, she's strong, with devilishly sharp wit and confidence. And it's called a 'bitch-slap' for a reason. The girl's not afraid to bring the hurt. You better get on board, because 'bitch is the new black' -Tina Fey.

The Bitch Gives a Shit

We don't care what people think of us, because we're out to make our dreams come true, no one else's matter. If someone cuts you in line, you let them know. No one forgets you, because if they ever dared, they know you'd remind them. This isn't to say that you don't care about people. You do care, unless they are total and complete dickheads. You empathize and most likely you're involved in social issues and protests. You love sticking it to the man and you love being the hero.

The Bitch Is Always in Charge

You're a leader, not a follower. You're the Queen Bee: loved and feared, strong and powerful. You don't follow trends, you start them. In relationships with friends or partners, people are always trying to impress you. You're chased instead of doing the chasing. But you're a generous friend and lover. You're not self-involved. If they give it, then they'll receive.

The Bitch Is Not Afraid To Be Herself

The bitch is unapologetically herself. She has confidence in her personality, in her intelligence and her humour. The only person she needs to impress is herself, and the bitches she looks up to. She would never pretend to be into something because it would make her seem 'cool'. She knows we're only here for a short while, so why would she waste her time being something else when she's already awesome?

Confidence is Sexy

Who wants someone who panders to their every command, who is passive and docile? You want a partner, someone who respects you and who you respect. Confidence is sexy, for both genders. Nice girls tend to compromise and put others first, even if it doesn't suit them. A bitch will first decide on her needs and wants, and will not think twice about canceling a date if she doesn't want to go, or it doesn't fit in her schedule. And she wouldn't be pissed off if the guy did the same. She's equal opportunities. She values and respects her own time and has a life that is independent of her beau.

Bitches Won't Put Up With Your Crap

Being a bitch doesn't mean you're a horrible person. It’s about having an attitude and confidence to fight for what you want. Bitches know that in order to get what you want in life, you need to fight for it and not let anyone stand in your way. Being the bitch is about looking out for number one – yourself – and not chasing other people’s approval or letting them get in your way.

Nice Girls Finish Last

Nice girls always try to get others to like them, and don't like to rock the boat to make things better for them. Doing so in hope that people will give them what they deserve/desire. Bitches take what they want, they demand it, they make it happen. To be honest, those people that the nice girls suck up to will probably take advantage of their niceness, so what's the point in being nice?
