Graduates Are The Most Stressed Age Group, New Research Says
Are your stress levels on the up? If you fall under the 25-34 age bracket, it's quite likely they're sky high.
According to a report in Breakingnews.ie, new research has revealed that people in this category are more stressed out compared to the rest of the population.
The causes of these stress complaints are hardly surprising either. The rental crisis is consistently in the news and it turns out Millennials are particularly feeling the pressure.
As well as surging rent, The Priory Group found that people were anxious because of student debt, getting on the housing ladder and starting a family.
While stress is a word we often throw around sometimes ('the stress of getting this assignment done for tomorrow'), it can have significant long-term affects if not dealt with properly.
It can have a negative impact on our brain, heart, immune system and digestive system.
