This hack was performed by the Syrian Electronic Army who published thir findings to nearly 4.6 million users online, highlighting the flaws of the app.

In a partial saving grace, the last two digits of the users phone numbers have not been revealed but according to our friend Data Protection Commissioner, users are still being encouraged to be particularly vigilant of unsolicited text messages asking for login details or any financial information, no matter who the sender is claiming to be.
