Things Girls Can Say That Guys Can't

When girls talk to each other they have free reign to say what they want about each other. If they say something about how they look, they're looking out for them and giving them some advice. If guys say it though, it doesn't have the same meaning and girls can get really offended. So a word of  warning, here are the things girls can say that guys can't

15) "Have you put on some weight?"

If a girl says it, she is  just letting them know that they might have let themselves a bit. They might even admit that they have and thank them for telling them. If a guy says this to a girl he better be prepared for the women's scorn, not only is it insulting her it will make her even more body conscious.

14) "You look really tired"

Her friends are telling her that she knows she was out last night and she doesn't need to cover up. If a guy says this to a girl, it's a bad as saying "you look really sick " which a girl will never take lightly. It's best just to say nothing and only talk about it if she mentions it.

13) "Are you really going to wear that?"

Girl's know what looks good so they will probably suggest something else for them to wear. If a guy says this to a girl he is out of his mind. Why would a girl take fashion advice from a guy, that's coming from the guy who wears a deep v neck and skinny jeans.

12) "Your hair was better when it was long"

Guys don't really understand how big a deal it is for a girl if she gets her hair cut short. She has probably been thinking about doing it for a while, but only finally decided to do it. The last thing she needs is a guy telling her that it is better the way it was.

11) "Are you sure you're going to eat all that?"

Never question a woman's food choice, she knows what she wants to eat. It took her long enough to decide where to go so don't make things worse by critcising what she chooses to eat. She also thinks that you want some of her food which is even worse.

10) "I think you've had enough to drink"

So you've been buying  her drinks all night and then you tell her to stop. It's ok if her friends say it's because she is looking out for her, but if a guy questions how much she drink's she will get really defensive. Most girls know their limit so don't patronize her.

9) "You're actually really pretty"

It's always just a good rule to not compliment a girl on her appearance unless you know her really well. It can be kind of creepy because you don't usually expect it from a guy. Girls says it all the time, so it's normal, but guys can come off as creeps if they say it.

8) "There is something different about you, but I don't know what it is"

If a girl says it, it won't take her long to realise, but it infuriates a girl if a guy doesn't notice that she got her hair done. Most of the time guys guesses horribly wrong and say something like "oh is it a new pair of shoes?".

7) " You kind of smell"

If a girl says this she probably has some perfume with to mask the smell. Guys should never call out girls on personal hygiene, not only does it make her angry, you will come of as a complete asshole. Chances are, you probably smell ten times worse than her.

6) " You're a bit crazy, aren't you"

She knows she is a bit crazy, but she doesn't need a guy telling her that she is. Her best friend knows how mad she is so it's better to leave them to her to call her out on it. There are just some things that are better left unsaid, unless you want her to hate you.

5) " She's really hot"

Never say this to a girl you are trying to get with, it will make her completely change the way she looks at you. She already has enough confidence problems without you saying how hot some other girl is.

4) "Oh, you wouldn't get it "

If a girls says it, then she probably won't get it, but if a guy says it chances she probably would. "It's a guy thing", girls don't like to be left out of the loop and when guys say this it really rub's it in.

3) "Calm down"

If a girl is mad at you , the last thing they need is a guy telling her to calm down. You made her angry, so she actually has a reason to be pissed off at you. All it's going to do is escalate things even further so whatever you  do don't say it.

2) " I'm kidding"

So she either didn't get the joke or didn't think it wasn't funny, so saying this will only exasperate things. It's ok to have tell a joke or tease her, but if you cross the line you're never coming back.

1) " Are you on your period? "

There is no possible situation where this acceptable to say to a girl. Even if she is a bit grouchy, why would you say this it's just asking her to slap you in the face. If she actually is on her period, the last thing she wants is some guy to confront her about it. If you say this, you really deserve everything that happens to you.
