Ireland's First Ever Gin Cruise Is About To Set Sail Next Month

Well give me a hat and call me skipper because it looks like we're going on a cruise. The first ever Irish gin cruise is about launch on Lough Derg at the end of April and we can't handle it.

The cruise will head out on Lough Derg and sail to Ballina Quay, County Tipp on April 22nd, and will serve West Cork Distillers and Whitley Neill gin. The cruise costs €45 per person and features, a '1 and a half hour gin masterclass, a tasting of 4 premium gins with gin cocktails.'

Speaking to the DailyEdge.ie, Collete Acton who runs the service has said, '

'Personally I am a huge gin fan and run a local gin club (The Jam Jar Gin Club) once a month in The WasherWoman pub in Killaloe Ballina with Gillian, my partner in all things gin. We also do private gin events.'

Is this the best idea for a cruise ever? The answer is yes.
