Irishman In Trouble Over $80 Bet During Baseball Game
An Irishman is reportedly facing deportation after he streaked during a baseball game over the weekend.
Late in the game between the Seattle Mariners and the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday, the Irishman lost his clothes, jumped the barrier and headed naked for the outfield.
Estrada threw a gem last night. 1-hitter through 7. Jay's win.. Playing like they're in contention not the M 's. And then there was this guy #BlueJays #MarinersJays #Mariners #STREAKER pic.twitter.com/8PxkDkwSqe

He was quickly apprehended and escorted from the field wearing a towel.
Fun night at the ballpark tonight even though the #Mariners lost and the #BLUEJAYS fans took the place over. #Streaker #Hero pic.twitter.com/5fT41azt5u

According to Sportsnet's Hazel May, the man - who lives in Canada - now faces deportation. The game was played in Seattle. An $80 bet was his reason for streaking.
Friends of the streaker told another reporter that they would be starting a GoFundMe page to help pay for his bail.
Update: according to my source with the King County Sheriff’s office, last night’s streaker is still incarcerated. Since he is an Irish national, he could now be deported. Charges are very serious. All this because I’m told his buddies bet him $80..
