Dublin Restaurants Jo'Burger And CrackBird Closing Down 'Immediately'
A sad day for Dublin city centre as a collection of popular restaurants close their doors.
The Jo'Burger Group Ltd announced on social media that a number of their popular restaurants would be closing their doors 'effectively immediately'. Jo'Burger, Crackbird, Hey Donna and Bar Giuseppe are four popular spots belonging to the company scattered across Dublin that will cease trading from today.

The Jo'Burger Group blame "challenging tradition conditions" as a factor in their closing and wanted to thank customers for their years of loyalty as well as apologizing to their staff.
Fans of the restaurants turned to social media offering their commiserations and sharing their fond memories of the restaurants:
So sorry to hear - I loved crackbird in particular. When I was out of work and studying I took advantage of the tweet seats a couple of times with my young son - lovely to be able to treat him when I was broke. So thank you very much and I will be first in the q when you return

I second that. Always enjoyed a good feed here and in all your restaurants. Top food and top staff. ?

I’d so many amazing occasions in these places. Jo helped make Dublin deadly during the recession with his unique vision. This is a really sad day. I wish you all the best on your next adventure.
