Look At Twitter's Overreaction To This Morning's Snow In Dublin
So far, today has been a torrent of freezing rain, low temperatures, and grumpy bus drivers, but for a few festive minutes we had snow. Much to the delight of many across the capital; tens of snow flakes were sighted in Dublin.
Trinity College were quick to react to the mini-flurry of snow, setting up a web cam to live stream the festive weather. Of course, in reality it mainly showcased grim, grey, pedantic rain.

A few rouge flakes were sighted by Dublin Airport too.

The estimated, 37 snow flakes* got people into the festive mood, they could hardly contain their excitement at the prospect of semi-solid H2o falling from the sky.
*I tried counting them personally and got bored at this figure.
Snowing pretty heavily in Dublin City Centre at the moment..Perhaps time to get our snow shovels out…even though left mine back in Kerry..
