Conor McGregor Is Working On His Patience After Being Arrested In Miami
Conor McGregor was arrested and subsequently released following an altercation with an individual outside the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami at 5am on Monday.
According to an arrest report from the Miami Beach Police, McGregor was walking out of the hotel when the individual attempted to take a photograph of the UFC fighter.
"The defendant slapped the victim's phone out of his hand, causing it to fall to the floor," reads the report.
"The defendant then stomped on the victim's phone several times. damaging it. The defendant then picked up the victim's phone and walked away with it."
The 30-year-old was arrested by Miami police after they viewed CCTV footage of the incident. He was charged him with strong arm robbery and criminal mischief. and then taken into custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami, before posting a $12,500 bond.

McGregor, after being released, posted to his Instagram, and attaching the caption "Patience in this world is a virtue I continue to work on. I love my fans dearly. Thank you all ❤️" to a photo of him leaving the facility.
McGregor's lawyer has said his client has pledged to be completely cooperative with the law enforcement in Miami, and will appear in bond court at 9 am, (1 pm Irish time) according to RTÉ.
Last week, the Dubliner completed five days of community service for throwing a metal bar at a bus carrying other UFC fighters last year in Brooklyn.
