Former 'Teen Mom' Star Arrested After A Meth Lab Was Discovered In Their Home
Years after originally appearing on Teen Mom 2, star Kieffer Delp has been arrested after police made the discovery of a methamphetamine lab in his home.
According to The Pittsburgh-Post Gazette, police charged the now 28-year-old Delp on Wednesday with manufacturing and distribution of methamphetamines and the improper disposal of chemicals in the basement of his apartment in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania.
The Lab Response Unit evacuated tenants of the apartment block as they disposed of the labs' contents over fears the chemicals would cause an explosion. Once the chemicals had been removed the tenants were allowed to return to the building.
There are no other suspects at this time and it's believed Delp worked alone. Delp’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 23. Delp also had an active warrant from New Jersey police and was arrested for assault in North Carolina in 2011, according to TMZ.
The second incarnation of the series had Delp as the on-off partner of Jenelle Eason. The relationship was tumultuous and the pair eventually broke up after a series of rows and speculations of cheating. Jenelle had previously appeared in the second season of 16 And Pregnant.
