This Guy Revealed What It Was Like Living With The Crazy 108 Rule Lady

Finding a place to rent is never easy, but imagine living with a crazy woman who will do anything to make your life miserable? Well, she exists, and she is crazier than first thought.

You might remember hearing about a list of 108 rules tenants in a Cabra share house had to abide by. It appears Independent.ie have got a hold of someone who lived through the nightmare that was the crazy 108 lady and has lived to tell his tale.

The Spanish native, bless his soul, just thought that's what Irish landladies were like. And in some ways, he's not wrong. But it's safe to say the 108 rules were a ~little~ bit over the top and made it more like a paid prison than a home.

Alejandro Morgan from Barcelona saw an ad for the cheap room on Daft.ie and spoke to the infamous Miss Firmo aka Susi Medeiros aka Vicky.

She said the room was €350 per month plus €80 in bills. Sounds like a pretty good deal right? WRONG, SO WRONG.

Independent.ie did an investigation into Ms Medeiros' mess and found she owes over €40,000 in rent arrears and subletting properties. Farrk.

"Living in that house has been the worst experience of my life," Alejandro told Independent.ie.

"Besides mould and coldness in the room, I felt treated like a second class person.

"It isn’t possible to reach agreement or understanding with a person who doesn’t listen and thinks that you have no right to talk, who tries to control what you do, who judges and accuses you for every single fault that occurs in the house, even if it is or is not related to you.

"I was only one month living there, but it seemed so much longer."

So what were these 108 rules? Miss Firmo demanded tenants have one shower a day, wear deodorant, only speak English, only have heating on for two hours a day, smile for the hidden cameras, plan bf/gf visits one month in advance, fines for not cleaning on specific days and the list goes on.
