Update: The Public Transport Services Available Right Now

Due to the collision of the Beast from the East and Storm Emma, no public transport has been available since Thursday evening. Today there will be limited services to some destinations and some routes will not reopen to the public until later this evening, Saturday 3 March:

Bus Eireann

Limited Cork services resumed at 12 pm today and Galway services to Dublin have been running since 9 am this morning. A number of services remain canceled and limited. For further updates and a timetable click here. Another update from Bus Eireann will follow at 3.30 pm.

Dublin Bus

Services began operating again at 12 pm today on main roads only and diversions will be in place. To find out what routes are running in your area click below:

Iarnród Éireann

Heuston station will remain closed until 5 pm due to snowdrifts in Newbridge. Dart services between Pearse and Malahide/Howth will reopen at 2 pm and some services will not be available until this evening. The tracks are being cleared of a large amount of debris that came with yesterdays flooding. Speed restrictions will be applied intercity routes and from Dublin to Sligo, Galway, Kerry, Limerick, and Westport.

Luas

The Luas Red Line will not run until 1 pm. A limited service will run between the Red Cow and Blackhorse. A time for the Luas Green line has yet to be confirmed. As the tracks are cleared throughout the day more services may be available. Keep an eye out on Luas.ie or check the Luas App.
