Last night. A terrible crime occurred it was witnessed by some hundreds of thousands of people around the country, who will now no doubt boast a wealth of mental scars from their brush with the pure horror. It occurred between the hours of 9pm- 10pm, it can only be assumed it was some sort of elaborate and inventive terrorist attack to strike fear into the deepest recesses of our hearts. It did so by having Al Porter try and engineer love between some 8 people in a television studio. It is understand to be known by the name 'Blind Date Ireland' but will forever, in my mind at least, live on as the day my last vestiges of hope for Western civilisation perished.
