There is no baptism of fire more treacherous than that of a Twitter reaction. Alison Spittle's new sitcom Nowhere Fast debuted on the RTE 2 last night and afterwards people took to social media to give their opinion on the pilot episode.
Though RTÉ have not had a great track record with scripted comedy over the years Nowhere Fast seemed to strike a chord with it's audience as they tweeted in force their support of the show:

It's nice to see such a positive reaction to an RTÉ comedy, hopefully the show can maintain the momentum throughout it's first season.
