With the weekend looming large and you begin to realise that you are fast running out of legitimate social options, the prospect of spending a night in in the company of Ryan Tubridy grows ever more likely. By that I do of course mean watching The Late Late Show, I'm presuming you don't have a direct line to the Tubs, or 'the man who answers the question; 'What would an anthropomorphised bread-stick from a Disney cartoon look like in real life'.
If you are faced with an evening in with Tubridy et al. then you can at least assuage your sorrow with the knowledge the fact there will be a legitimately impressive guest on the show, rather than just having the man who cleans out the bins from RTÉ appearing for the 37th consecutive week.
That's right, Olympic gold medallist Caitlyn Jenner will be swanning through the RTÉ studios to be interviewed by Ryan Tubridy. It's understood she will be discussing a range of topics, including her disappointment at voting for Donald Trump and the direction his presidency has taken thus far, particularly with regard to the transgender military ban. She is also expected to talk about her advocacy for transgender rights and about her transitioning from Bruce to Caitlyn.

She will be appearing on this Friday's Late Late Show, November 10.
