The Queen of movies like Easy A, The Help, and La La Land is getting her very own Netflix series and it's about time.
While fans might be waiting for Stone's Cruella trailer to drop, her latest role alongside Jonah Hill is set to be your next binge watch. Maniac, the title of the show, is about a drug that can cure any mental illness or heartbreak but leaves disastrous side effects.

Reacting to the news of an Emma Stone Netflix show, fans are rightfully excited but confused about the concept as the trailer gives practically nothing away. Stone joins a legion of female talent, including Kate Winslet, Amy Adams, Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon, making their move to the small screen.

The cast of the series is probably one of the best we'll get this year. Not only will it be Hill and Stones second appearance together since 2007's Superbad, Academy Award winner Sally Field's and Justin Theroux will star in the 10 episode mini-series.
Cary Fukunaga, who won an Emmy as a producer for True Detective, will direct.
