I just presumed Celebrity Best Friends were as fake and bitchy as the rest of us. Turns out this might not be true...for the following people anyway. From Ben Affleck and Matt Damon to Kate Winslet and Leonardo DeCaprio, these on-screen besties have stayed so close. Even though, a celebrity feud can occasionally errupt...remember Paris and Nicole...

1. Ben Affleck & Matt Damon

At age eight, Affleck met 10-year-old Matt Damon, who lived two blocks away from him. They wrote the film Good Will Hunting together, which shot them both to celebrity stardom, winning them an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. Look how young they were…

 

2. Jennifer Aniston & Courtney Cox

Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox became inseperable through their 10 years of acting side by side as Rachel and Monica in Friends. Even though Friends ended in May 2004 they have remained close ever since. And Jennifer even made a cameo appearance in Courtney’s TV series Cougar Town.

 

3. Cameron Diaz & Drew Barrymore

The dynamic duo teamed up with fellow actress Lucy Liu in the infamous Charlie’s Angels. Cameron was 16 and Drew was 14 when they became friends. Drew often gushes that she has ‘BFF status’ with Cameron as she is her ‘sister‘.

 

4. Kate Winslet & Leonardo DiCaprio

In Kate's third wedding last year, Leonardo DiCaprio was the man who gave her away. How adorable! They were both 21 when they filmed Titanic and have remained close ever since as they both found it so 'tough' working under the high 'demands' from James Cameron.

 

5. Brad Pitt & George Clooney

George Clooney and Brad Pitt play partners in crime in Ocean’s Eleven, Twelve andThirteen. They have also started the ‘Not On Our Watch’ Darfur charity together (also with Matt Damon). They also introduced each others films in this years 2013 Oscars. We must celebrate the best looking bromance in all of Hollywood.

 

6) Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez & Taylor Swift

Demi and Selena met when they were little kids as they were both acting on Barney & Friends. As they have both become mega stars they have remained close. And as this Facetime picture of the three stars suggest Taylor Swift is in on this friendship too. Let's hope there is a major bitch feud between them in the future...
