11 Moments Adele Made Us All Want To Be Her Best Friend

To say I love Adele would be an understatement. It was 10 years ago when nobody I knew would listen to "Hometown Glory" even when I protested how amazing the 19 album was/is. Fast forward to the present moment and now everyone wants to be her best mate.

I sat up till 4 am when Adele and Beyoncé went head to head at the Grammy's and it was one of the most bizarre and exciting moments of my life. It was inspiring to watch somebody, who had so much to lose, stop a live performance - during an event aired around the world - to give justice to a performance for an artist she admired. When Adele broke her Grammy in half for Queen B, it was like watching my two fairy godmothers create world peace.

The love and respect shown between these two powerhouses was overwhelming and it portrayed a side to showbiz we don't always get, and it undoubtedly down to Adele's personality.The reality is everyone needs an Adele in their life. She is humble, kind, gracious, a boss, funny as hell and the most relatable person on the planet.

Adele's so likeable even Elmo wants to do a duet with her.  Hell, everybody wants to do a duet with her. The list of reasons why you'd want to be best mates with Adele is endless but somehow we've managed to narrow it down to just 11 ( I don't know how tbh).
