Some of the events happening up and down the country include a world famous band, a mainstay Irish music festival, a classic Broadway show and performance art.

THISISPOPBABY Presents Riot

Coldplay

Funny Girl

Sheridan Smith, famous for her ITV roles as Cilla and her turn on Coronation Street, performs as Fanny Bryce in the classic musical Funny Girl.  The musical follows Fanny as she tries to make it big on Broadway and includes the classic 'Rain On My Parade'.

Fleet Foxes

Date: 11 - 14 July

Where: Cork Opera House, Cork & Iveagh Gardens, Dublin

Fleet Foxes self-titled debut is considered one of the best albums of 2008. The band is taking their third album Crack - Up, onto the road and are playing four dates here in Ireland. Tickets are still available for one of the bands Cork Opera House gig.

Live At The Marquee

Gavin James, Bryan Adams and the legendary Christy Moore are just some of the acts playing The Marquee this July.

Longitude

Date: 14 - 16 July

Where: Marlay Park, Dublin

Longitude continues with its 5th year in Marlay Park. This year's line-up is set to be one of its best yet. Dua Lipa, Stormzy and Mumford and Sons are just some of the biggest acts on the charts that will appear over the course of the weekend. Saturday day tickets are sold out but day tickets are still available for Friday and Sunday.
