It's nearly two years since Lorelai and Rory Gilmore shot back onto our screens. The Stars Hollow gals returned in A Year in The Life nearly ten years after the original series ended and fans were treated to four extra long Gilmore Girls installments.
If you're still catching up with the series, or have only caught on to how binge-watchable it is, then you'll already know the soundtrack is legendary. Alanis Morrisette, David Bowie, and Blondie are just some of the musical geniuses that can be used to describe the Gilmore Girls sound, which is quintessentially 90s even though it's set during the early noughties. We're not the only ones obsessed with the music of the show:

it’ll always baffle me how no matter how many times i watch gilmore girls it still manages to surprise me, whether it be stuff i forgot, missed jokes, OR THE FUCKING SOUNDTRACK
