Colloquialisms are what makes us, well, us but by god don't we love our phrases? Tell me a country that has so many distinctive words for a random object or a gobshite? None, I tell you.
If you went anywhere in the world and said things like 'craic', 'grand', 'yer one', 'yer man' or 'dose' people would be confused and rightly so, it's best to keep that stuff on the island.
If you think you know the difference between a gobsheen or a banshee then you'll have no problem passing this simple test. If you don't, well, there's very little hope for you and all we could do is pray to God you'll get better soon.
