On top of your life being on hold, there is nothing worse than having to repeat yourself at least 7 times before someone can understand your "thick" Irish accent. Jen Hatton, comedian, and impressionist, nailed this struggle in a new video that has gone viral.
In the video, Jen highlights three English words that Yanks struggle to get through our "thick" accents: boot, water and grand.The worst thing about this type of conversation is being compared to another of your Irish relatives who is "well spoken" or "speaks clearly" by said American relative.
