Last night's Love Island was a bit of an anomaly.
Although drama and breakups were the order of the day, as per the norm, Craig David's musical guest appearance was something of a surprise. The singer performed his TS5 show to the whole villa, with the rendition of 'Walking Away' probably hitting Amy right in the feels.
Reality was flipped on its head when Maura seemed to make a declaration of interest to Curtis, even if there are suggestions that Maura made the whole thing up.
Holy guacamole Maura's actually done it. #LoveIsland pic.twitter.com/KvkhqPnk6d

Returning to normalcy, Ovie and Anna attempted to discuss their love triangle with Jordan. Instead, Ovie ended up storming off, attempting to cool himself off with a cool pop. Elsewhere, Joanna and Michael, a relationship borne from tumult, had a sit-down with Michael's ex-flame Amber to ensure their relationship was officially over. The discussion concluded with Amber and Joanna looking like the couple, rather than Michael and Joanna.
Also, Maura and Lucie sat down with their two anonymous partners, Marvin and George, to tell them that their blossoming relationships were completely dead. Maura, of course, has her eyes firmly set on Curtis, who continually told Maura he was single. Most definitely single. Super-duper single.
Following last night's episode, the public (excluding the Republic of Ireland) were ordered to vote off their least favourite couple. Tonight's episode will spell the end of two islanders in the villa.
Right now, how about you enjoy the best tweets from last night's Love Island:
