Most of the time, when a celebrity rumour comes out in magazines and online, the mentioned celebrities just ignore it. Not Ryan Phillippe, no. The star of Cruel Intentions and the ex-husband of Reese Witherspoon took to Twitter overnight to set the record straight, and it's absolutely gas. According to some "sources" aka magazine editors stirring shit, Ryan Phillippe and Katy Perry are dating.
Ryan wasn't having any of this shite and tweeted a very clear and angry message to the world, and the helicopter pilots above his house:
I AM NOT DATING KATY PERRY. BARELY KNOW HER. PLEASE STOP FLYING HELICOPTERS OVER MY HOUSE. SHE IS NOT HERE.

Apparently Katy and Ry were seen getting close at Elton John's 70th birthday party back in March, which was around the time she broke up with Orlando Bloom.
It would actually be terrible if he was dating Katy but it's safe to say he won't ever be able to talk to her again. LOL.
Ryan hasn't been in a lot lately, though he did star in the series Shooter, as well as Secrets and Lies.

If there's one good thing to come out of this, it seems Ryan has a habit of tweeting very hilarious things and he's now our new favourite person:
