Storm Ophelia swept the nation yesterday and emergency services were working overtime to help civilians across the country. Government officials cancelled school, work and anything that would force people to leave their homes. Even though Teresa Mannion and every semi-famous Irish personality with at least 10,000 followers on Snapchat was advising people not to go outside, people STILL went outside or forced others to go outside for them.
