It's Official: To All The Boys I've Loved Before Is Getting A Sequel

After the huge success of the original, To All The Boys I've Loved Before is getting the sequel we've all been waiting for.

Releasing an adorable teaser trailer on Twitter, stars Lana Condor (Lara Jean) and Noah Centineo (Peter) shared the exciting news that much-loved teen romcom was officially getting a sequel. The video was posted on Jenny Han's Twitter, the writer of the book series on which the movies are based.

One character that fans are scratching their heads over is John Ambrose McClaren, one of Lara Jean's love interests who shows up during the credits of To All The Boys I've Loved Before. At the end of the Twitter teaser, Lara answers her phone to a mysterious man and hints he'll be perfect to play the role of John.

John plays a significant role in the books so it looks like their might be trouble in paradise for Lana and Peter's relationship. While Netflix has yet to announce plot details, the second book P.S. I Still Love You focuses on Lana reconnecting with John after he receives her love letter, driving a wedge between her and Peter.

P.S. I Still Love You does not yet have a release date.
