Last night The O2 in London played host to the current and rising talent in the UK and international music for this year's Brit Awards. The biggest talking point of this night has been the show stopping opening performance from Hugh Jackman.
The Oscar-nominated actor and all round man of man of many talents opened the show with a rendition of the track 'The Greatest Show' from the film The Greatest Showman. The electric performance had it all, circus performers in top hats and tails, fire-breather and a pyramid of backing dancers and, of course, the greatest showman himself Hugh Jackman in a sleek silver suit.
Watch the full performance here.
The event was hosted by English comedian Jack Whitehall who joined this opening act by appearing from the crowd of dancers.

When speaking to the BBC Hugh Jackman said that he was "surprised" to be asked to open the show. Just when you think Hugh Jackman couldn't possibly be any more likeable he shows just how humble he is.
Hugh Jackman will be coming to Ireland this summer for his first world tour 'The Man. The Music. The Show.'. He will be playing two dates at the 3Areana on May 30th and 31st. Unfortunately, both dates are sold out but if you were lucky enough to get tickets for this one it's sure to be a spectacular performance.
Earlier this year in an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live, Hugh Jackman was asked whether he would at any point be reprising the role of the Greatest Showman for a sequel to which he responded "If a genuine opportunity came up where it felt like the right thing to do, then yep, I'd get the top hat back out."
