Over 200 new jobs will be created at Microsoft's European headquarters in Leopardstown, Dublin.
Half of the roles will be designated to the engineering team, a role dedicated to artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Microsoft will be recruiting 50 people for its Digital Sales team and a further 50 jobs will be made available to graduate and data centre programmes for its Leopardstown campus.
The recently opened campus will also provide internships to students and graduates. One of the programmes provided by Microsoft is the MACH program.
The MACH program hires graduates for two years in full times positions like tech development, finance, IT, marketing and sales.
