How You Know You're Addicted To The Internet

1. You are scoffing at the subject of this article

..thinking to yourself "what does he know...doesn't he know we need the internet to function on an every day basis"? You, my friends, are in denial.

2. Friends come to you for advice...

...On streaming, downloading, social media tools when they don't have a clue even though all of it is second nature to you and you think they should know the answer...these interactions end with you saying "you do know you could have Googled that" which translates as you have wasted a half hour of my internet time.

3. You have a shit attack when someone asks to use your laptop.

Not because of anything incriminating but just because of various tabs you may have open or the way you have something set up. Or god forbid you have to log out of one of your accounts....imagine having to log back in again...the effort like!

4. You walk around with your laptop open/tablet in front of your face

5. While eating, your phone is never far from your side...

6. You instantly get withdrawal symptoms when the 3G signal drops on your phone..

7. Online arguments...

You put up arguments against people you barely know in arguments you care little about, just because you're bored online...even though you still have to clean the dishes, wash your clothes and finish that assignment that has to be in by midnight.

8. When on a YouTube binge, you have forgotten your starting point...

9. When writing assignments the first form of text you think in is txt speak....OMG, LOL etc

10. Porn...

...And it's heightened internet production value leave you feeling like your own performances and experiences of intercourse are monotonous adventures.
