Ever sit around your crummy (no offense) student flat and wonder what it's all actually about? Wonder if you're really grabbing life by the scruff of the neck and living it to the very max? We've all spent years growing up watching films and tv shows about college life and all of its craziness, but I'm sure you'll agree that sometimes, reality doesn't quite stand up. College has its craziness, sure, but sitting around at yet another house party where you know everyone and their cat isn't really all you signed up for and more.
That's where Red Bull comes into play. They want you to get your wings on (quite literally) and push yourself beyond all normal boundaries, limits and comfort and try your hand at something new, crazy and just a little bit out there.
They want you to team up with your wildest, most adventurous friends, along with 164 other teams and make your way from one of five European start points (Barcelona, Florence, Berlin, Edinburgh and Prague), to cover over 1,000 kilometers of ground in the space of a week. A week, nonetheless, filled with the craziest adventures, stories, challenges and best fun of your entire life, a week known more commonly as 'Red Bull: Can you make it?'
The thing to remember here is that this isn't about racing to the finish line, it's about the journey, the adventure, the adrenaline fuelled fun of it all. Remember, this is no ordinary trip. This is a trip where phones, money and cards are removed from the equation (aka, your team) and cans of Red Bull are your only currency. Barter, trade, sweet talk and push your luck to find a place in which to sleep, to seek transport from one place to another, food to fuel your crazy adventures and basically anything else you may require to really make this the trip of a lifetime.

Not only will you have to make your way through those open-ended kilometers using nothing but your charm and wit, you'll also have to complete a series of tasks and adventures that'll test your mind, body and endurance in a series of checkpoints in certain European cities and to ensure that you capture every single moment, you'll be sharing your adventures online, all the while building up a steady following and engaging with interested friends, family and indeed, strangers via your online presence.
The score and therefore, the winner, is chosen based on a combination of checkpoint challenges completed, adventure list tasks and social following achieved over the course of the week. Nothing is too out there, nothing is too bold a gesture and if you're up for the challenge, previous teams have bagged themselves everything from a ride on a private jet to Champion League tickets and beyond.
So now, the only question that remains is this, do you feel up to the challenge and more importantly, can YOU make it? Then get ready, set and apply! You must currently be a student, be part of a team of three and submit a minute long video about your team and why you think you can make it. Applications are now open and will close on Sunday the 14th of February, 2016. See you at the start line!
