Cara Delevingne may be the worldwide model of the moment, but our very own homegrown beauty Thalia Heffernan is taking Ireland by a storm. The young model, signed with Morgan the Agency, is definitely set for big things and it looks like it's not just us Irish folks that seem to think so. Eighteen year old Thalia has recently been signed with Premier Model Management in London, who have also managed supermodels such as Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington and Linda Evangelista.
The 5'10" model has worked the runway for LFW and for prestigious brands including: Brown Thomas, John Rocha and Arnotts. However, she had remained grounded studying for her dreaded Leaving Cert. Thalia, an obvious multi-tasker, is an ambitious and bright young girl who has a long and exciting career ahead of her; It is refreshing to see so many Irish models advancing in the international market. The stunner claims that her slim figure is thanks to good genes and, seeing as her mother Susan Heffernan was signed with Morgan the Agency, it is easy to see that it runs in the family.
So where can we see Thalia Heffernan in five years time? We have a feeling she will be jet-setting between major cities with a planner jam-packed with shoots, shows and fabulous events.
