Gary Cooke, the UFC’s Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa has confirmed in an interview on talksport today that the sport is headed back to Dublin on Saturday July 19th. There is no info on who will be on the card as of yet but rumours have been rife that Dubliner Conor McGregor may take his place on it. Whoever is on the card it will make for a great night as the sport continues to grow worldwide.
On the subject of McGregor...don't forget to tune into RTE Two next Thursday night 13th March to watch 'The Notorious' a riveting documentary of McGregor making it in the UFC.
