If you fail an exam, a spice bag is the only thing that can console you. It's pretty standard to use food as a release because well, it tastes delicious.
However, keep that up and your on your way to diabetes and also gaining a feck-tonne of weight. So the only alternative is to replace it with something just as delicious. Here are a few ways to help you make the switch.
1. Swap ice-cream with almond ice-cream
Brands like Nobó do some amazingly tasty ice-cream alternatives that you wouldn't know the difference. They're stocked in loads of places so if you need your fix, you won't be left hanging.
2. Swap crisps with vegetable crisps
You can pick up crisp alternatives made with parsnips, carrots and sweet potatoes in Aldi that taste amazing.

3. Swap ice lollies with frozen grapes
This is a healthy little trick that tastes exactly the same but with added vitamins and minerals.

This is such an easy switch. Once you get over the bitterness you'll never look at milk chocolate again.

Bake them with some coconut oil, sprinkle with paprika and you're ready to go.

This is made by spiralising courgette, it's less carb-heavy and when mixed with a rich sauce tastes just as good.

You can do this by blending up cauliflower and simply squishing it into a base and baking at a low heat. Add all your favourite toppings without any gluten whatsoever.
