A new Boojum is opening in Cork this week and I think the entire Cork student population are licking their lips.
The new branch serving tasty Mexican fare will be opening its doors this Thursday February 8th at 11.30am on Winthrop Street. If the video's anything to go by we might have to make a trip down to Cork very, very soon.
If that wasn't enough motivation for you to want to go, the first 300 people will get a free Boojum burrito and a free t-shirt. The crowds will be plentiful, so we recommend a nice tent to camp out in for the night, some fluffy socks and an empty belly.
