The war Storm Emma wages on our public transport system rages on. With major snowfalls overnight all transport services have incurred significant delays due to the inclement weather.
Given that conditions are expected to worsen throughout the day and overnight the National Emergency Coordination Committee have taken the decision to call cancellations to all Dublin Bus services as well as Bus Éireann and Rural Link services operating in Munster and Leinster.
There will be serious disruption to public transport tomorrow- Dublin Bus & Bus Eireann & rural link will not operate tomorrow in Munster and Leinster. Irish Rail will run services tomorrow morning but will close down all services from 12 to 14:00. LUAS will be limited too

Dublin Bus on their website have said:
Due to the latest forecast issued by Met Éireann for heavy snowfall overnight and blizzard conditions tomorrow, combined with existing road conditions, Dublin Bus will not be in a position to operate any services tomorrow, Thursday 1 March. We apologise for the inconvenience caused however this decision has been made in the interest of the safety of our customers and employees.
DART and LUAS services are set to be restricted too, and with information still emerging, it seems that they will most likely run on a limited timetable.
