I think it's safe to say Irish people love Ed Sheeran. Well, it seems like the feelings are mutual after the announcement of a whopping seven Ed Sheeran Irish tour dates next summer.

The singer announced the tour dates on his website and will be hitting up Dublin, Belfast, Cork and Galway next May. He will be playing at Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork on May 4th and 5th, Boucher Playing Fields in Belfast on May 9th, Pearse Stadium in Galway on May 12th and 13th and Phoenix Park in Dublin on May 16th and 18th.

It seems like Ed is ditching the huge stadium tour and has opted for smaller, outdoor areas. Tickets for the much hyped about gigs will go on general sale on July 8th.
