Chances are if you've been on a J1, you've had Four Loko. These cheap, extremely alcoholic drinks were a staple throughout the summer for many college students. Who could forget those extreme headaches and being absolutely shitfaced after two? No one, that's who. Well, we've got a combination of good and bad news: Four Loko has a new range, but it won't be coming to Ireland as reported last year. Turns out the whole Four Loko Ireland campaign was a hoax :(
Never fear, though, as the US is now a pretty affordable flight away and Four Loko will always be there, like your memories.

Four Loko has changed quite a lot over the years - in 2010 Phusion Projects had to remove caffeine, guarana and taurine from its ingredients. But one thing that hasn't is the extreme alcohol content: 14% to be exact.
We'll never forget that.
