Two persistent pups found themselves caught by the long arm of the law when they were arrested by An Garda Síochána for harassing a cyclist.
The Journal.ie reported that the dogs chased a man on a bike through Finglas in Dublin before being picked up and placed in a cell. The Gardaí tweeted out asking for the owner's to come forward and claim their furry friends.
The dogs were sent to the pound where they were eventually picked up by their owner.
Though these dogs were picked up by their owner from the pound, it an be a risky proposition to send a dog there, as they run the risk of being destroyed if they aren't claimed in time.
It is always better to send any lost dogs you come across to Dog's Trust, details to contact them can be found here.
